  a leading expert on\ndefining how exocytosis is temporally and spatially 
 coupled to\nendocytosis. His current research focuses on actin dynamics an
 d Rho\nGTPases\, which appear to play an essential role in membrane\ntraff
 icking and are attractive candidates as possible regulators of\nexo-endocy
