Become a Peer Health Educator and make an
impact on the health and well-being of your fellow McGill students!
Choose your area of interest and get involved!
Which topic do you want to promote?
- Eating Well and Exercise
- Drug/Alcohol education
- Balance and Mental Wellness
- Sexual Health and Healthy Relationships
Each of these teams works around campus to:
- Provide events on these topics (fairs, information kiosks, film screenings)
- Animate activities and provide information to students
- Promote these events and services around campus
- Create and design resources, displays, write articles for the Student Body and our tumblr.
- Produce and edit videos for our Youtube channels.
All Peer Health Educators are expected to:
- Dedicate 3 hours/week from late August 2012 to early April 2013 to their team
- Attend a mandatory 1-hour orientation session in early April (date/location TBC)
- Attend a mandatory 2-day training session on campus at the end of August/early September
- Attend a mandatory 1-day training session in early January 2013

of March 2012 to follow up on your application.
