 ary General of the ICC International Court of\nArbitration and currently o
 f Counsel with Dechert LLP. As Secretary\nGeneral of the ICC\, Ms. Whitese
 ll supervised more than a thousand\ninternational arbitration cases each y
 ear involving parties from\nmore than 120 countries.  She also worked clos
 ely with the 126\nmembers of the International Court of Arbitration\, who 
 hailed from\n88 different countries\, and contributed to the institution's
 \nprofile and reputation around the world. She has published numerous\nart
 icles on international arbitration and has taught at Université\nde Paris 
 I\, Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Institut de Droit Comparé\n(Université de Pa
 ris II).\nPedro Martinez-Fraga is the Director\nof the Department and Prac
 tice of International Litigation and\nArbitration for Squire\, Sanders & D
 empsey\, and L.L.P. He has\npublished more than fifty articles and four bo
 oks regarding public\nand private international law\, including the recent
  book 'American\nInfluences on International Commercial Arbitration'. Mr.
 \nMartínez-Fraga is a Visiting Professor of Law at the Universidad de\nNav
 arra in Pamplona\, Spain\, an Adjunct Professor of International\nLitigati
 on and Arbitration at the University of Miami School of\nLaw\, and an Hono
 rary Professor of Law at the Universidad San\nIgnacio de Loyola in Lima\, 
 Peru. He has represented numerous\nsovereigns and acted as an arbitrator o
