 ovide free and affordable legal services to community\nbased groups and lo
 cal governments working to protect their quality\nof life and the natural 
 environment through building sustainable\ncommunities. Increasingly\, that
  means teaming up with people and\ntheir municipal representatives to moun
 t campaigns that challenge\nthe legal clout of corporations to overrule de
 cisions made by\ncitizens for their communities.\n
