DESCRIPTION:Quebec’s food companies are adjusting to today’s regulatory and
  socio‑economic landscape by setting bold new targets. Reformulating produ
 cts to meet these nutritional\, sustainable\, and pleasure‑driven goals is
  a significant challenge. BIENFAITS was created as a hands-on learning wor
 kshop that provides a big‑picture view of the reformulation journey and hi
 ghlights leading‑edge solutions.\n\nThroughout the sessions\, participants
  will benefit from diverse agri‑food expertise from both local and interna
 tional specialists\, delivered through talks\, panels\, practical exercise
 s\, and interactive activities. The two‑day program covers both management
  and marketing considerations as well as the scientific foundations of foo
 d product reformulation. Participants will also receive concise resources\
 , templates\, demonstrations\, and exclusive tools to deepen and extend th
 eir learning.\n\nThis is DAY 1 of a two-part workshop\, which will take pl
 ace at McGill University's main campus in downtown Montreal. DAY 2 will be
  held on McGill's Macdonald Campus in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue to take adva
 ntage of its food production and sensory analysis installations. Sessions 
 will mainly be held in French\; however\, live translation to English will
  be available through an app.\n\nBIENFAITS is an initiative of the McGill 
 University organized by the Consortium RITA with the collaboration of CTAQ
