 ct: Dimer models have attracted interest from diverse perspectives across 
 geometry\, combinatorics\, and mathematical physics. In particular\, they 
 were connected to mirror symmetry in influential work of Feng–He–Kennaway–
 Vafa\, building on earlier connections to algebraic geometry by Kenyon–Oko
 unkov–Sheffield. In this talk we introduce a new class of objects\, tropic
 al Lagrangian coamoebae\, which explain how certain features of dimer mode
 ls — namely\, their mirror relation to line bundles on curves in an algebr
 aic 2-torus — generalize to arbitrary coherent sheaves on algebraic tori o
 f any dimension. As the name suggests\, their theory can also be understoo
 d from a symplectic point of view as being dual to the theory of tropical
