  using real-life case examples. Class size is limited to ensure a high lev
 el of interactivity.\n\nThe workshop is designed to provide participants w
 ith:\n\n\n	A generic “5-step” framework for managing projects that is consi
 stent with the worldwide “Project Management Institute Book of Knowledge”\
 , and can be applied on any project\;\n	The ability to “read” project envir
 onments\, detect and diagnose barriers and roadblocks\, and prepare strate
 gies for moving their projects forward\;\n	The skills and methods to apply 
 at their workplaces immediately.\n	A broad context of the subject and poten
 tial avenues for continued learning.\n\n\nBy the end of this course\, part
 icipants will be able to:\n\n\n	Position projects and deadlines within a co
 mmon “5-step” framework\;\n	Quickly map out an action plan for moving a pro
 ject forward\, or getting a project back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key tem
 plates and processes supporting the 5-step framework\;\n	Understand the rol
 e and challenges of the “project manager” function\; and\n	Understand how a
  project management tool (ex: Microsoft Project) may help him/her fulfill
