DESCRIPTION:This session will provide information on McGill's Policy on Har
 assment and Discrimination and McGill’s Policy against Sexual Violence and
  related resources as well as how to respond to disclosures and/or formall
 y report harassment\, discrimination\, or sexual violence. Participants wi
 ll apply what they’ve learned via discussion of case studies. The workshop
  will be led by the Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR) and the Offic
 e for Sexual Violence Response\, Support and Education (OSVRSE)\, and cond
 ucted online via Zoom. Please email omr [at] mcgill.ca with any accessibil
 ity needs.\n	\n	By attending this workshop\, participants will be better abl
 e to:\n\n\n	Identify resources available at McGill to support people experi
 encing or observing impacts of sexual violence\n	Identify the reporting pro
 cesses available at McGill for situations of sexual violence\, harassment 
 and discrimination\n	Respond to disclosures of harassment\, discrimination 
 or sexual violence\n		 \n\n\nNote that an Outlook calendar invitation and Zo
