 l trauma-informed 8-week Somatic Self-Compassion Recovery program for diso
 rdered eating and making peace with your body\, food\, and self! Rooted in
  Polyvagal Theory and the evidence-based practices of interoceptive awaren
 ess\, self-compassion\, and mindfulness\; it offers a new path to healing 
 your relationship with your body and food\, and the path back to embodimen
 t. Each week will include guided practices\, self-reflections\, and lectur
 es\, while using the book: Befriending Your Body by Dr. Ann Biasetti\, as 
 a companion to the program. This group is not a replacement for psychother
 apy or disordered eating treatment. Those with more severe disordered eati
 ng symptoms can still participate\, however\, they must also be followed b
 y a dietician and psychotherapist.To register for this group\, you must be
