Start your McGill journey at the Discover McGill Services Fair on August 25, 2025 from 11:30am to 3:30pm! Learn about the resources and services on campus, play games, take your photo in our 360 photo booth and enjoy a free lunch!

Many of McGill’s services, organisations, and student societies will be gathered in one place to greet you. Come ask questions and explore how you can make the most of your time at McGill, all while connecting with other students!

We are proud to announce that our event has been awarded Silver Sustainable Event certification by the McGill Sustainable Events program run by the McGill Office of Sustainability. This event encourages zero-waste and complies with McGill University’s single use plastic water bottle ban. Water fountains and re-fill stations will be located in close proximity to the event, and compost and recycling bins will be available in designated areas around the service fair. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle.

Accessibility

This event is taking place on McGill's downtown campus in the Molson Stadium.

This event is wheelchair accessible, though note that the roads leading to the Stadium have a steep incline. Volunteers will be present to assist with accessibility concerns. The location is also accessible by metro, bus, walking and cycling.

The nearest metro station is McGill Station, located a 14-minute walk away from the venue, and many bus stops are located close by (lines 107, 129, 144, 15, 55, 61, 80). The closest bixi stations can be found right at the corners of University St. and Pine Av., and Hutchinson St. and Pine Av. The closest bike racks can be found outside the Duff Medical Building (University St. and Pine Av.), and behind the Neuro building (off of University St.).

This event also includes active movement.

There are accessible washrooms along the south side of Molson Stadium, behind the McGill Fitness Centre. Gender-neutral washrooms can also be found in the McGill Sports Complex.
