 f interactivity.\n\nThe workshop is designed to provide participants with:
 \n\n\n	A generic “5-step” framework for managing projects that is consisten
 t with the worldwide “Project Management Institute Book of Knowledge”\, an
 d can be applied on any project\;\n	The ability to “read” project environme
 nts\, detect and diagnose barriers and roadblocks\, and prepare strategies
  for moving their projects forward\;\n	The skills and methods to apply at t
 heir workplaces immediately.\n	A broad context of the subject and potential
  avenues for continued learning.\n\n\nBy the end of this course\, particip
 ants will be able to:\n\n\n	Position projects and deadlines within a common
  “5-step” framework\;\n	Quickly map out an action plan for moving a project
  forward\, or getting a project back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key templat
 es and processes supporting the 5-step framework\;\n	Understand the role an
 d challenges of the “project manager” function\; and\n	Understand how a pro
 ject management tool (ex: Microsoft Project) may help him/her fulfill this
