  Adjunct Professor at McGill University since October 2024. Professor Bade
 r is a Swiss and European Patent Attorney and a representative before the 
 Unified Patent Court. He is the founder and managing director of BGW IP Gm
 bH St. Gallen\, specializing in intellectual property (IP) and innovation 
 management advisory.\n\nPreviously Vice President and Chief Intellectual C
 apital Officer at Infineon Technologies\, Professor Bader is a recognized 
 IP strategist and long-term IAM Strategy 300 appointee. He also serves as 
 a mediator for the WIPO Mediation Center for Alternative Dispute Resolutio
 n and sits on the editorial boards of key journals.\n\nProfessor Bader's w
 ell-known publications include the best-sellers Patent Management and Inte
