 matter of years. While that can happen\, real estate does use significant 
 leverage and if the wrong property is purchased at the wrong time (for you
 \, not necessarily the broader market) it can lead to financial ruin. This
  webinar from the Financial Skills in the Real World series will review th
 e key metrics to consider when deciding to buy an investment property and 
 teach you how to compare its cash flow to a REIT ETF. We will also discuss
  whether COVID-19 may represent a buying opportunity or whether you might
