DESCRIPTION:In this 90-minute workshop\, participants discuss the role of t
 he TA in grading and feedback in a STEM course. Participants learn how to 
 devise strategies for grading with consistency and fairness\, understand h
 ow to use and evaluate a rubric for grading\, and discuss the importance o
 f feedback for students with various levels of performance.NOTE: Only firs
 t-time TAs will be paid for participating in the following training sessio
