 chances of experiencing the positive emotions associated with genuine laug

 cilitator:\n\nSince 2010\, Liliana De Leo\, founder and president of The L
 iving Laughter Academy\, has been dedicated to helping people use laughter
  as a form of exercise to decrease stress\, improve health\, and optimize 
 resilience.\n\nShe is a Laughter Yoga Master Instructor\, trained directly
  by Dr. Madan Kataria\, the founder of Laughter Yoga. Her energetic teachi
 ng style is influenced by her years working as a fitness professional. A 2
 -time presenter for TEDxMontrealWomen\, Liliana is a motivational speaker 
 who offers Laughter Yoga trainings and workshops across the country.\n\nTo
