 ng on Wednesday\, November 9th\, 2022.\n\nGlobal Health Night is an annual
  event held by McGill Global Health Programs that brings together and cele
 brates the achievements of McGill's thriving global health community.\n\nT
 his year we are thrilled to welcome Dr. Teguest Guerma\, CEO and founder o
 f LeDeG Midwifery College in Ethiopia\, as our keynote speaker. Dr. Guerma
  will deliver the lecture titled: Improving reproductive health through ed
 ucation: community health and global health.\n\nDr. Guerma will link commu
 nity health and global health by discussing the LeDeG Midwifery College\, 
 a charitable organization she established in Ethiopia. The college trains 
 rural and disadvantaged girls who will go back to serve their respective c
 ommunities at the end of their studies. She will also present the Maternal
  and Child Health (MCH) Center: a social enterprise linked to the LeDeG Mi
 dwifery College for financial sustainability.\n\nThe event will be held in
  person at New Residence Hall with the option to view it online from anywh
