 ols to study dependence between variables. It can be used to answer questi
 ons such as: Does class size have an impact on the success of students? Ar
 e age and cholesterol related to each other? In this workshop\, you will l
 earn how to measure the strength of such relationships and summarize obser
 ved data as simply and usefully as possible with the help of linear regres
 sion and analysis of variance.  At the end of this workshop\, you will be 
 able to:      > Apply the least-squares method to fit a regression line to
  observed data     > Perform diagnostics to check if the model works well 
 for the data at hand     > Predict individual outcomes given covariate val
 ues and compute prediction intervals     > Produce and interpret an ANalys
