DESCRIPTION:Lister Family Engaged Science Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competi
 tion\n\nMacdonald Campus master’s and doctoral student competitors present
  their research in 3 minutes to a non-specialist audience with one non-ani
 mated slide (competition rules).\n\nThe program includes a mandatory 3-par
 t workshop series and a group coaching session to help students prepare fo
 r the competition. Students also have access to additional individual coac
 hing sessions as needed.\n\nMultiple timeslots are offered for each worksh
 op\, but students are only required to sign up for one.\n\nCompetition dat
 e: Wednesday\, November 25\, 2026\n\nThanks to the generous support of the
  Lister Family Engaged Science Initiative\, the following prizes will be o
 ffered: First place - $900\; Second place - $600\; Third place - $350\; Pe
