DESCRIPTION:The McGill Global Health Programs and the Steinberg Center for 
 Simulation and Interactive Learning at McGill University are jointly offer
 ing a fellowship for medical professionals from low and middle income coun
 tries.\n\nWe are looking for individuals who will take back their new know
 ledge and skills learned during their fellowship to either implement a pro
 gram or begin simulation-based research at their respective institution.\n
 \nProgram Offering:\n\nFellows will be invited to attend the Simnovate int
 ernational medical simulation conference from May 5-6th\, 2016. They will 
 then stay in Montreal for two additional weeks\, observing simulation acti
 vities offered at the Steinberg Center for Simulation and Interactive Lear
 ning at McGill University. Depending on individual interest\, they will al
 so have the opportunity to meet with global health professionals in the Fa
 culty of Medicine.\n\nOpportunities for the Fellows will include*:\n\nOver
 view of the Steinberg Center for Simulation and Interactive Learning and t
 he facilities it offers\, research initiatives etc.\n	Observations of a ran
 ge of simulation-based trainings run by the center (e.g.  ultrasound simul
 ation training\, advanced life support trainings)\n	Networking and mentorsh
 ip opportunities with global health experts in fellow’s area(s) of interes
 t\n*Depending on the individual interests of the fellow\, a customized pro
 gram will be developed\n\nProvisions:\n\nEconomic travel and hotel accommo
 dations will be provided for by McGill University and fees to attend Simno
 vate will be waived. All other expenses including food\, transport\, and v
 isa fees are the fellow’s responsibilities.\n\nApplication:\n\nIf interest

 rk in simulation OR your previous work in quality related issues\n	Why and
