Valérie Toupin-Dubé awarded Equiterre's Laure Waridel Bursary
Congratulations to Valérie Toupin-Dubé, BSc(AgEnvSc) '16, winner of Equiterre’s Laure Waridel Bursary. The bursary was established in 2008 by Equiterre and the Caisse d’économie solidaire Desjardins for students committed to pursuing and disseminating research on environmental and social action.
The bursary will enable Toupin-Dube to continue her work in the Farm to School program and agriculture and nutrition programs across Quebec. She currently serves as the Director of Bread Basket Lac St. Louis, a non-profit offering community kitchens and food programs in the southern West Island of Montreal.
