Sara Houshmand, Doctoral Student in ECP, receives McGill Univerity's inaugural Award for Equity & Community Building!

Sara Houshmand, doctoral student in Counselling Psychology, Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology, received McGill University’s inaugural Award for Equity and Community Building! This Award recognizes staff and students who demonstrate exceptional commitment to diversity and inclusivity at McGill and the community-at-large.

Sara has previously served as Equity Commissioner of McGill’s Post Graduate Students’ Society. Sara’s research interests pertain to multicultural counselling psychology and social justice in higher education.
