Via Rail boss speaks about a $1 billion investment, high-speed trains and what it takes to be successful

In this exclusive interview he speaks with Yves Desjardins-Siciliano, who oversees Canada’s national passenger rail service, which runs on a 12,500 kilometres track, serves more 400 communities, transports about 4 million passengers a year and employs about 2,500 people.
