In the news: Prof. R. Carroll on the evolution of gliding lizards

Carroll (Redpath Museum Curator of Vertebrate Paleontology) comments on a 125-million-year-old Chinese fossil lizard with rib-supported wings that allowed it to glide through the air, and its unlikely relation to modern gliding lizards.
