"While civilian deaths in Libya are regrettable, the Libyans need to carry this revolt through on their own. They have the will, and they are valiant in their resistance.

"Analysts, especially those in the United States, have long had little faith in the Arab street, arguing that Arab democracy can only come with foreign intervention. But Tunisia, Egypt and now Libya are debunking many of these assumptions…"
