"The thing that frustrates (bus) customers the most is their waiting time," said Ahmed El-Geneidy, an expert in transit planning and operations at McGill University's School of Urban Planning. "If you're stuck in traffic (on a bus), you're not as frustrated as when you're waiting in rain or snow and cold, for the bus."
