McGill Expert Alert: Afghanistan conference

Senior officials from around the world are gathered in The Hague for a U.N.-sponsored conference on Afghanistan . The meeting was called for by the United States and brings partners and rivals to the table as they discuss the progress of the war and the future of the country.
