Life Expectancy Gap Growing In Wisconsin

New research (by Sam Harper and Jay Kaufman) shows a growing gap between whites and blacks in Wisconsin when it comes to life expectancy, even though the gap has narrowed in other states across the country. We talk with the co-author of the study about why Wisconsin is falling behind.
