LIBQUAL+ 2010 IS HERE!

Published: 26 February 2010

McGill Library is once again surveying the McGill community to get an update on our performance. We want to know what is working and what needs improvement in order to serve you better.

Over the years,  the Library has used LibQUAL+ survey results to guide and focus library improvements. This year we are deploying  LibQUAL+ Lite,  http://www.libqual.org/about/about_lq/LQ_lite,  a newly developed, shortened version of the LibQUAL+ survey which was used in the past.

McGill has also joined the Canadian Association of Research Libraries (CARL) LibQUAL+ Consortium. This will facilitate benchmarking of the Library's results in a Canadian context.

On March 3rd, we will send the survey link to a random sample of 5,000 undergraduate students, 3,250 graduate students and all full-time faculty.  If you receive our invitation, please participate and help us make your Library the best it can be!
