Law students Robert Amdursky and Adam Settecase receive Awards of Distinction

Robert Amdursky and Adam Settecase (on photo), two BCL/LLB students from the Faculty of Law, each received an Award of Distinction from Professor Jan Klabbers, Director of the Centre of Excellence in Global Governance Research, for their essays at the 21st Helsinki Summer Seminar on International Law, the Environment and Power.

Adam’s essay was on “Sustainable development, the City, international law, the promise of public participation and the new governance.” Robert’s work examined a "Clean Development Mechanism and Sustainable Development.”

The seminar took place during the last two weeks of August at the University of Helsinki, in Finland.
