The Integrated Planning Cycle

Last summer, the University launched an ambitious integrated planning exercise. In addition to consultation with the Deans, the exercise continued with three presentations that outline the process: "Planning and Priorities Overview", a presentation to the Board of Governors; "The New Planning Cycle - Questions and Answers", a presentation to Senate; and "The Planning Process", a presentation to Management Forum. Before the end of this academic year, Deputy Provost Anthony C. Masi and Provost Luc Vinet plan to have a University-wide strategic planning document. In due course, they plan to circulate drafts and invite the community to provide input.
