How Introverted Leaders Can Be Better Bosses for Extroverts

Introverted leaders have played an increasingly important part in the leadership conversation over the past few years. Where once, many would argue that promotion, and perhaps even managerial protocol was biased towards those with an extroverted disposition, this is simply no longer true. Introverted leaders – think Bill Gates of Microsoft or Mark Zuckerburg of Facebook – are thriving, and, often at the forefront of their industries. But how can introverted leaders be better bosses for extroverts?
