Gabriella Gershenson, BA'99, stimulates palettes by sampling, and writing about, restaurants that are off the beaten track. Growing up with a mother in the catering profession, she developed a taste for culinary delights. Now living in New York, she tries to help her readers find enjoyable taste sensations outside the mainstream.
