Database trial: Electronic Enlightenment

News

McGill users now have trial access to The Electronic Enlightenment, a new digital resource from Oxford. EE offers online access to the correspondence of nearly 6000 writers including Addison, Bentham, Boswell, Defoe, Hobbes, Hume, Kant, Locke, Pope, Rousseau, Smith, Swift, Sterne, and Voltaire.

You can access The Electronic Enlightenment at www.e-enlightenment.com by clicking on "subscribers enter here." Off-campus users need to connect via VPN.

The trial continues until December 31, 2008. Please send any comments on the database to Phyllis Rudin.
