Changes to CISTI Source level of service: Extended

Please take note that as of April 1, 2007, every unmediated CISTI Source account at McGill will be changed to a new level of service called Extended. The Link and Global service levels have been combined into this new Extended service to provide the best features of both.

The accounts have been set up with a maximum of 10 working days to fill article requests: if within that period CISTI cannot fill your order, it will be cancelled and you will be informed via departmental fax, at which point you could submit an Interlibrary Loan request.
