CANCELLATION OF BOIL WATER ADVISORY

We have received test results that indicate that the water supplied in the buildings affected by the water main break on July 7th is safe to drink. Therefore, the Boil Water Advisory that was issued for the following buildings is now cancelled: FDA, Wilson Hall, Arts Building, Dawson Hall, McConnell Engineering, Macdonald Engineering, Redpath Museum, James Administration, James Ferrier, and Power House.

I wish to thank everybody for your patience and understanding during this unfortunate event.

I would also like to take this opportunity to extend my thanks to the dedicated staff in Facilities Operations, Facilities Development, Buildings, Grounds & Special Events, and University Safety for coordinating their efforts so quickly and effectively to resolve this situation.
