 o understand the buildings that Montrealers walk past every day\, this ses
 sion will go beyond looking to reading and decoding—when and why was that 
 building designed and built that way? Who built it? In the first part of t
 he session\, participants will learn how to observe a building in the down
 town area using images and a site visit. The second part of the session wi
 ll focus on how to find out more about that building and its Montreal neig
