  Prassl's recent book 'Humans as a Service: the Promise and Perils of Work
  in the Gig Economy\,' during which he will offer an engaging account of t

 or employment law. Professor Prassl will also address how we can ensure de
 cent working conditions\, protect consumers and foster innovation amidst t

 e lecturer\n\nJeremias Prassl is a Fellow of Magdalen College and an Assoc
 iate Professor in the Faculty of Law at Oxford University. His research in
 terests are in the field of employment law and technology. Jeremias read l
 aw at Oxford\, Paris\, and Harvard\, and regularly advises public and priv
 ate sector organisations around the world on regulating the gig economy.\n
