Organized by the Institute of Air and Space Law (Montreal, Canada) and the International Institute of Space Law (IISL), in co-operation with the Cologne Institute of Air and Space Law and the Leiden International Institute of Air and Space Law, this event will bring experts together to discuss the commanding ideologies behind the law of outer space and the incentives and growth in interest in the exploration and use of the Moon and other celestial bodies, with special emphasis on the role of private enterprise.
