Workshop for instructors - LRN 501: Smart Tools and the Sympodium in the Classroom

Presented by Educational Technologies (Content and Collaboration Solutions). Led by an educational technology consultant, these sessions will include a brief theoretical presentation followed by technical steps and hands-on practice. The sessions will take approximately 1.5 hours.

Description: This workshop will introduce the concept of digital writing using the interactive touch-screen (Sympodium) and Smart Tools software. Sympodiums are available in many of the large classrooms <http://knowledgebase.mcgill.ca/article.asp?article=15221&p=4>. Instructors will get an opportunity to learn how to use this technology through hands-on practice.
