As part of Disabilities Awareness Week, Human Resources/Health and Wellbeing for Faculty and Staff is pleased to present “Understanding Mental Illness and Fighting Stigma” with Dr. Camillo Zacchia, Psychologist – Senior advisor, Mental Health Education Office (MHEO), Douglas Institute.
Dr. Zacchia will present a brief overview of depression, anxiety and other psychiatric conditions and will discuss how public perception can be altered through an awareness of human nature and how we interact with other.
