Join the Health and Wellbeing Team for Faculty and Staff for a walk up Mount Royal on Friday, November 1, starting at 12:15 pm. We know that we should get 30 minutes of brisk exercise, at least 5 days a week. Being part of a group can give you just the motivation you need.
