Protecting your brain: using nutrition against toxins in food (Food for Thought Lecture Series)

Although banned in most countries, low levels of contaminants still persist in the environment. Dietetics and Human Nutrition professor Stan Kubow will look at the food sources of these toxicants, their potential neurological health risks, and the possible role of nutrition against dietary PCB exposure.
