Parents Tent

Every year, the Alumni Association hosts a tent on campus for Parents. We are looking for volunteers to help us welcome new students and their families to the University by either welcoming students at the residences, handing out water and fruit or helping people with questions as a McGill Ask Me! Representative.

You would be based out of a booth on lower campus or at the residences and would essentially provide information to Parents and new students. You will be given McGill Ask Me T-shirts, brochures and maps as well as small gifts such as Frisbees to hand out.

Two hour shifts are available from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
