Getting Your Grant: Strategies for Success

McGill Researchers, both new and established, who are planning to submit an NSERC Discovery Grant application this fall, are strongly encouraged to attend this NSERC Discovery Grant workshop organized by McGill’s Office of Sponsored Research.

This session will provide "behind the scenes" information about the peer review committee process and activities, as well as helpful tips and "tricks of the trade" for researchers to enhance the quality of their applications. The sessions will focus on successful strategies for planning and writing a grant application, with particular emphasis on the restructured peer review system and the new evaluation process. Recent competition results will also be covered.

Refreshments will be served.

Please RSVP by email to lauren.clark [at] mcgill.ca () by Wednesday, September 7th.  Please note that the workshop may be cancelled if attendance is not sufficient.
