Sean Mills holds an M.A. from McGill University and a PhD from Queen’s. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he is in the process of completing “Empire and the City: Montreal’s Postcolonial Imagination, 1963-1972”, a manuscript based on his thesis. Sean is also a co-editor of a major collection of essays on the politics and culture of the 1960s, “New World Coming: The Sixties and the Shaping of Global Consciousness”.
