McGill Women's Alumnae Association’s "Tool Box Series presents Danielle Lacasse"
The McGill Women’s Alumnae Association is pleased to host a
lecture on wealth planning by Danielle Lacasse, partner of Samson
Bélair/Deloitte & Touche.
As part of the Tool Box Series of lectures, we will offer a talk by
Lacasse, a taxation expert who specializes in personal, financial,
estate, and succession planning services. She has been a co-author
of "The Canadian Guide to Personal Financial Management", has
extensive experience in wealth preservation, and lectures
frequently on taxation and wealth planning.
The MWAA’s Tool Box Series is designed to encourage women to
remain connected to the University and to develop and strengthen
skills in areas such as personal finance, public speaking, and
investment strategies. This will be a great opportunity not only to
hear expert ideas on financial planning, but also a chance to
mingle with fellow McGillians.
Danielle Lacasse is a partner of Samson Bélair/Deloitte &
Touche and the leader of Private Company Services in Montreal. Her
over 30 years of extensive experience include expertise in planning
the orderly transmission of personal and business affairs in the
event of the disability, retirement or death of a company’s owner
or manager. She also provides specialized executive-compensation
consulting services for corporate clients. She has designed and
given a course in Wealth Preservation with the Canadian Institute
of Chartered Accountants and for many years she lectured on
taxation issues at McGill University and with the Canadian Tax
Foundation.
