Three speakers on three topics: the social and political impacts McGill has had on Quebec society over the years in the context of specific key historical events; the importance of being identified as an anglophone institution with respect to its heritage for the anglophone community; the presence of the French language on campus in the spheres of its higher administration, its relationship with the French language over the years and how the institution dealt with the demographic and linguistic realities of Quebec's evolving social, cultural and political society.
