McGill Symposium on International Arbitration: Alexis Mourre

The McGill Arbitration Society, the Private Justice and the Rule of Law Research Team, the L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law at McGill University, and the Institute for Transnational Arbitration are pleased to welcome Alexis Mourre (Vice-President of the ICC), who will give a talk as part of the “The McGill Symposium on International Arbitration.”

About the speaker

Alexis Mourre is vice-president of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and co-chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee. He is vice-president of the ICC Institute of World Business Law and member of the Arbitral Council of the Milan Chamber of Commerce. Alexis Mourre is the author of numerous books and publications, and a founding partner of Castaldi Mourre & Partners. He has served as counsel to party, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator or expert in more than 140 international arbitral procedures, in commercial as well as investment cases, both ad hoc and before the most prominent arbitral institutions (including ICSID).
