McGill Society of Montreal presents "Identity Theft Protection: Are you safe?"

Tuesday, February 24, 2009 18:30
855 Sherbrooke Street West, 855 Sherbrooke Street West, Leacock Building, Room 232, Montreal, CA

Did you know that one in 10 people who are victims of identity theft and of debit or credit card fraud actually report it to police? If you think you are safe from identity theft and you don't do anything to protect yourself, you could be the next victim!

Protecting your name, your personal information, assets and money is becoming more difficult to do these days. Although people are more alert to fraud and identity theft, the criminals are also getting more sophisticated.

Graham McWaters, BCom'80, is an author, speaker, trainer, and Canada's leading expert on identity theft. Graham is also a Scarlet Key recipient and has been an active member of the McGill Alumni Association of Toronto where he currently resides with his family.

Join us and find out how to protect yourself from identity theft and other fraud and how to safeguard your private information.

Cost: $15 CDN

Online registration is available on Alumnilife.
