Hope in Tanzania - the challenges and uplifts in bringing HIV/AIDS care to the Southern Highlands of Tanzania

Members of Highlands Hope of Tanzania, an association of nurses who work as HIV-AIDS counselors and caregivers in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania where the estimated prevalence of HIV-AIDS is 18-20%. They work in partnership with communities to achieve health that takes into consideration physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, sexual and social well being.
